Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

 

How to start a return

Contact us at asmeniniss@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped.

 

European Union and United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive it, for any reason. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. We will refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days after we receive the goods back or proof that you have sent them.

 

Refunds

We'll let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.

 

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
