Questions
Good to know
How loud is the alarm?
The siren is approximately 130 dB at close range. It's loud on purpose, so please don't hold it right next to anyone's ears when testing it.
How do I turn the alarm off?
Push the pin on the strap back into the penguin and the siren stops.
How does the light work?
Press the button on the bottom of the penguin to switch the LED light on, and press it again to turn it off.
Is it easy for kids to use?
Yes. There's no app and no setup. Pull to sound the alarm, push back to stop it. We recommend practicing it together once at home.
Which bundle should I pick?
Many families pick 2 or 3: one for each child, or one for the backpack and one for the keys. Bundles save up to 32%, and you can choose a different color for each alarm.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free. Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days and usually arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your alarm arrives damaged or doesn't work, we'll replace or refund it.
